On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District C-6 (South Boston), E-13 (Jamaica Plain), and E-18 (Hyde Park) conducted a joint drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 18 Adams Street, Hyde Park.
The suspect of the investigation was seen leaving the location in his vehicle. District E-18 officers were requested for assistance and were able to conduct a motor vehicle stop. The suspect was placed under arrest and was advised of the multiple search warrants.
Officers knocked and announced their presence, and made entry into the apartment. As a result of the search warrants, officers located and recovered 118 grams of Cocaine, 102 grams of Crack Cocaine, 31 grams of Fentanyl, a digital scale, drug manufacturing material, and approximately $1,095 in U.S. currency. A dirt bike was also seized as evidence and the Auto Theft Task Force will seek additional complaints.
The suspect, Jefrey Candelario, 30, of Roslindale, was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court for the following charges:
– Trafficking of Class A
– Trafficking of Class B
– Reckless Endangerment of a Child
