District D-4 Officers Conduct “Operation Safe Scooter” in the Fenway Area

On Thursday, October 30, 2025, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End/Fenway) conducted “Operation Safe Scooter” in the Fenway area, resulting in four unregistered motorcycles being towed.

This proactive enforcement effort is part of District D-4’s ongoing initiative to address the illegal operation of unregistered scooters, mopeds, and motorcycles that pose safety concerns for residents and motorists.

To date, Operation Safe Scooter within District D-4 has resulted in a total of 51 unregistered mopeds and motorcycles towed in 2025 across neighborhoods including the South End, Back Bay, and Fenway.
