Investigation Update: At about 10:00 AM, on Thursday, October 30, 2025, officers assigned to the Boston Police Fugitive Unit and District B-2 (Roxbury), arrested Tyronne Burris, 49, of Mattapan, in the area of 895 Massachusetts Avenue. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on five warrants issued out of Boston Municipal Court for the following charges:
- Five Counts of Larceny over $1,200
- Receiving Stolen Property
- Two Counts of Common and Notorious Thief
Burris is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court. He is alleged to have stolen over $55,000 in merchandise.
