BPD Community Alert: Detectives Assigned to District B-2 Seek to Identify Suspects in Connection to Assault and Battery Investigation

At about 2:44 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a fight in the area of Dudley Street and Dearborn Street.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from serious injuries sustained during a physical altercation reportedly involving four teenage males in the area of 258 Dudley Street. The victim was treated on scene by Boston EMS and later transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.

One of the suspects was described as a young, slim Black male, approximately 6โ€™2โ€ tall. The suspect reportedly made a threat to retrieve a firearm before fleeing the area. He is believed to frequent the Dudley Street/Nubian MBTA area during school dismissal times (2:00โ€“4:00 PM on weekdays) and may attend or associate with individuals who attend schools in the area.
