BPD in the Community: Boston Police Officers Blessed by Students from Pope John Paul the II Catholic Academy

Officers from District C-11, the Bureau of Community Engagement, the Youth Violence Strike Force, Special Operations, and the Bicycle Unit were invited to the Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy’s Lower Mills Campus where the 3^rd grade class performed a blessing of our officers.

Students and staff came together to show their appreciation and offer prayers of safety and support for the officers in attendance.

Thank you to the Pope John Paul Lower Mills Campus for the prayers, it was a great way to celebrate Faith & Blue with those we serve!
