Cancel BPD Community Alert: Detectives Seek Public’s Help Identifying Larceny Suspects in Downtown Boston

Detectives assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals shown in the accompanying image in connection with a larceny incident that occurred at the Marshalls located at 350 Washington Street in Downtown Boston.

At about 3:32 PM on Saturday, September 27, 2025, loss prevention officers observed two unknown females place and conceal several items of clothing inside plastic shopping bags and then pass all points of sale toward the Franklin Street exit. The suspects were stopped, and the stolen merchandise was recovered.

The suspects were uncooperative and what is believed to be false information about their identities.

Suspect #1 is described as a Black female with red hair styled in dreads, approximately 18 years old, medium build, and wearing all black clothing.

Suspect #2 is described as a Black female with red or brown hair tied in a bun, approximately 18 years old, medium build, and wearing black clothing.
