Three Suspects Arrested with a Loaded Firearm and Trafficking Amounts of Drugs

On Thursday, August 21, 2025, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District D-6 (South Boston), D-14 (Allston/Brighton), and E-13 (Jamaica Plain) arrested Vincent Weaks, 40, of Jamaica Plain, Clay Porter, 69, of Jamaica Plain, and Virginia Rowell, 58, of Jamaica Plain, on firearm and drug trafficking charges.

About 12:55 PM, officers were conducting a drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 50 Stedman Street, Jamaica Plain. As a result of the search warrants, officers recovered an RG-14 .22 Caliber Revolver with six rounds of ammunition in the cylinder, and sixteen rounds of .22 caliber ammunition.

Further evidence that was recovered was 93 grams of crack cocaine, 69 grams of fentanyl, 49 grams of cocaine, and 299 grams of marijuana. Officers also recovered a digital scale, and drug packaging/distribution material.

All three suspects were placed under arrest and expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court for the following charges:
