Officers from District C-11 and the Bureau of Community Engagement organized a Police Safety Day for students at the Leahy Holloran Community Center in Dorchester!
Our officers shared safety tips, answered questions, handed out BPD swag like string bags and water bottles, and served ice cream from the BPD Ice Cream Truck (thanks to the Boston Police Foundation’s COP Fund and HP Hood). Copper, the BPD Comfort Dog, was also on hand bringing smiles and comfort to everyone in attendance.
