Roxbury Officers Arrest Suspect Following a Shots Fired Incident

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) arrested Natalie Sierra, 48, of Dorchester, on various firearm related charges.

About 12:36 PM, officers responded to a radio call in the area of 141 Intervale Street for a report of shots fired. Officers were advised that the suspect had discarded a firearm by a vehicle and was walking away.

Upon arrival, officers observed a female individual walking on Magnolia Street who appeared to match the description from the 911 call. Officers located a black zippered case behind the described vehicle, which contained a loaded firearm. The suspect was immediately stopped and quickly placed into handcuffs.

District B-2 Detectives were requested to respond to the scene and process the evidence. The recovered firearm was determined to be a Smith and Wesson .22 Caliber with two live rounds of ammunition in the cylinder and one spent round.

Sierra was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court for the following charges:

–          Carrying a Firearm without a License

–          Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License

–          Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card

–          Discharge a Firearm within 500 Feet of a Dwelling

–          Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
