On Monday, August 4, 2025, officers assigned to Drug Control Units of District B-2 (Roxbury) and District D-14 (Allston/Brighton) arrested Kyle Terrill, 34, of Roxbury, Brian Albrecht, 34, of Boston, and Stephen Linnane, 47, of Boston, on various drug related offenses.
Officers were conducting a drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 63 Chelsea Street, East Boston. Search warrants were obtained for Kyle Terrill and he was seen exiting the address with two other males.
Officers approached the group and identified themselves as Boston Police officers. The suspect was immediately placed into handcuffs without incident. Officers searched the suspect’s backpack and recovered one large plastic bag of methamphetamine, and one plastic bag of fentanyl, and a stun gun The drugs were later determined to be 163 grams of methamphetamine and 40 grams of fentanyl.
As the suspect was placed into handcuffs, the remaining two individuals were also stopped. After further investigation, officers recovered from Albrecht, seven plastic bags of fentanyl, two plastic bags of cocaine, three plastic bags of methamphetamine, fourteen suboxone pills, a plastic bag believed to have psychedelics, and various unknown pills. The drugs were weighed and determined to be 14 grams of Fentanyl, and 6 grams of cocaine, and 26 grams of methamphetamine.
The third suspect, Linnane, was also in possession of loose methamphetamine inside of his pockets.
All three suspects were placed under arrest and expected to be arraigned in East Boston District Court for the following offenses:
Terrill:
– Trafficking of Class A
– Trafficking of Class B
Albrecht:
– Trafficking of Class A
– Trafficking of Class B
– Two Counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B
Linnane:
– Possession of Class B
