Commissioner Cox, members of the Command Staff, and officers from across the Department joined community members in Mattapan for this year’s annual Scoops & Hoops Basketball Tournament!
The day was full of energy, teamwork, and competition – including a final matchup featuring players from the BPD, BFD, and Transit Police. It came down to the wire, but the officers and firefighters pulled off a 3-point win!
Beyond the hoops – this event gave local youth a chance to get to know the officers who serve them.
