The Boston Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual shown in the accompanying images in connection with an ongoing larceny investigation.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:09 PM on Friday, July 11, 2025, at the SunGlass Hut located at 7 Faneuil Hall Marketplace. According to the victim, a male suspect entered the store, stole seven pairs of sunglasses valued at several thousand dollars, and fled the area on foot, turning right out of the store toward Haymarket.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with the hood pulled up. Detectives believe this individual may also be connected to a previous larceny that occurred at the same store on Wednesday of the same week.
