Four Trespassing Suspects Arrested and a Firearm Recovered from a Motor Vehicle

On Friday, July 11, 2025, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested four suspects for trespassing, and recovered a loaded firearm from a motor vehicle.

At about 7:44 PM, officers responded to the area of 100 Hebron Street for an erratic motor vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspected vehicle parked and idling in the faculty parking lot. There were four occupants inside the vehicle, and officers observed multiple “No Trespassing” signs affixed to the building.

As officers approached the vehicle, they observed one of the rear passengers to be reaching towards the trunk compartment. Officers requested the operator to produce a valid driver’s license which she was unable to provide. Officers also determined that the vehicle did not have a valid registration.

Officers ordered all of the occupants to exit the vehicle, as it would be towed from the scene. A motor vehicle inventory search was conducted, and a firearm was recovered from inside the car. The firearm was determined to be a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield with twelve rounds in a magazine capable of holding fifteen total rounds.

All four suspects were placed under arrest and are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District court.
