On Saturday, May 24, 2025, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District C-11 (Dorchester) and District B-2 (Roxbury) arrested Tristan Preval, 30, of Dorchester, on firearm and drug related charges.
At about 12:30 PM, officers were conducting a drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 11 Arcadia Street, Dorchester. As a result of the search warrants, officers recovered a loaded Rossi R351 .38 Special Revolver with five rounds of ammunition, two plastic bags of crack cocaine, drug packaging material, and digital scales.
Preval was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court for the following charges:
– Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
– Unlawful Possession of a Firearm Subsequent Offence
– Unlawful Possession of Ammunition
– Improper Storage of a Firearm
– Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B
– Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Subsequent Offence
