Cancel BPD Community Alert: District B-2 Detectives No Longer Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspect in Invasion of Privacy Incident

The Boston Police Department is no longer asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual who was pictured in connection with an ongoing investigation.

The suspect is believed to be involved in an incident that occurred on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at approximately 4:52 PM, inside a retail store located at 330 Martin Luther King Boulevard in Roxbury. During this incident, the suspect allegedly took unauthorized photographs beneath a victim’s clothing without their knowledge or consent.

The suspect is described as a Black male last seen wearing a multicolored striped sweater (featuring brown, white, blue, and black), black pants, and a white shirt underneath the sweater. He was also wearing a black hat and carrying a backpack with a square-patterned design. The individual was observed operating a stand-up electric scooter.
