It was a picture-perfect spring day as officers from the District C-6 Community Service Office hosted a local Girl Scout troop for a flower planting event outside the District Station.
The scouts, in partnership with the West Broadway Neighborhood Association, helped add some splashes of color with the flowers. After the planting, the group got a behind-the-scenes tour of the station and enjoyed some well-earned snacks.
It was a great afternoon connecting with local youth and brightening up the neighborhood together!
