BPD in the Community: Officer Lawton from the District C-6 (South Boston) Community Service Office visited St. Peter Academy to share important safety tips with the 3rd and 4th grade students.
The students learned how to stay safe in uncomfortable or unsafe situations and were taught the proper way to report incidents to an adult for police assistance.
Officer Lawton also stressed the importance of their involvement in community safety, reassuring the students that their actions will help ensure the well-being of all local residents.
