Joint Drug Investigation Leads to Take Down of Drug Trafficking Organization

At about 8:25 AM, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of Districts A-7 (East Boston), B-2 (Roxbury), B-3 (Mattapan), C-6 (South Boston), C-11 (Dorchester), E-13 (Jamaica Plain), E-18 (Hyde Park), and City-Wide, with the assistance of the Auto Theft Unit, DEA Boston Strike Force and FBI Task Force worked together as part of a joint operation to dismantle a Drug Trafficking organization.

Officers were conducting a drug investigation and execution of fifteen search warrants for five suspects, six locations, and four motor vehicles. Officers simultaneously executed the warrants and recovered approximately 829 Grams of Fentanyl, 4 Grams of Crack Cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and $160,000.00 in US Currency. Officers also seized a motor vehicle and motorcycle that were used to facilitate the sale and distribution of Fentanyl.

Danny Guerrero-Soto, 52, of Dorchester, was charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A, Two Counts of Distribution of Class A. She is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.

Juan A. Soto-Guerrero, 31, of Roxbury, was charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.

Justin Davila-Sanchez, 35, of Mattapan, was charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl, and Possession of Class A. Dorchester District Court. He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.

Dariel Santana-Guerrero, 28, of Dorchester, was charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
