As a paid, full-time position, in the Cadet Program you will be part of BPD, with mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to serve in various roles within the first and best police department in the nation.
Who can apply? Boston residents of at least 2 years, ages 18-25, with a high school diploma or GED.
