Community Policing in Action at District E-5!
Captain Hegarty, Officers from District E-5, and members of the BPD Command Staff had the pleasure of welcoming first graders from Holy Name School to the District E-5 station in West Roxbury.
The visit was filled with great conversations as officers answered questions and shared insights about what it is like to be a police officer. In a touching display of appreciation, the students presented thank-you cards to our officers—a gesture that truly meant a lot. The visit wrapped up with light refreshments, making for a fun and memorable experience for all.
