On January 24, 2025, at approximately 7:08 AM, members of the Boston Police E-5 and D-4 Drug Control Units executed a search warrant at 190 Fairmount Street, Dorchester, as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. During the search of the basement area, Officers recovered a loaded Springfield XD-9 firearm, 33.8 grams of cocaine, cutting agents, digital scales, and packaging materials.
The target of the investigation, 30-year-old Barkley Lamour, of Dorchester, was arrested and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court for the following charges:
- Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
- Unlawful Possession of Ammunition
- Trafficking a Class B Substance (cocaine).
