Officers from District D-4 hosted an Elder Fraud Prevention presentation at the Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community to raise awareness about scams targeting the senior community.
The presentation covered crucial topics such as financial abuse through mail, email, phone calls, and in-person interactions. Officers also shared tips on identifying potential abusers, recognizing the signs of financial scams, and understanding the unique challenges seniors face in these situations.
