At about 4:33 PM on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) made an onsite warrant arrest of Omobowale Wright, 48, of Roslindale, in the area of Blue Hill Avenue and Morton Street. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued out of Roxbury District Court for Malicious Destruction of Property over $1,200.
The suspect had been highlighted on a BPD Most Wanted List and is expected to appear in Dorchester District Court for arraignment.
