At about 8:59 AM, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, members of the City-Wide Drug Control Unit and Drug Control Unit of District B-2 (Roxbury) arrested, Wilbil Aguasviva-Peguero, 28, of Dorchester, for drug trafficking.
Officers were conducting an ongoing drug investigation and execution of a search warrant in the area of 2 Dudley Terrace. As a result of the search warrant, officers recovered approximately 72 grams of Fentanyl, 2 grams of Crack-Cocaine, seven rounds of 9mm ammunition, and approximately $5,761 in U.S. currency. Officers also recovered multiple scales, and various drug packaging materials.
Aguasviva-Peguero was placed under arrest and charged with Trafficking of Class A, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, and Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
