Officers from District A-1 and the Bureau of Community Engagement teamed up to make the first day of school extra special for the kindergarteners at Eliot School in the North End!
From high-fives to pep talks, we were there to cheer on the future scholars as they took their first steps into an exciting school year.
To ensure the students kicked off the school year the right way, the BPD Ice Cream Truck was on-site, handing out delicious treats to the kiddos—thanks to our amazing partners at HP Hood and the Boston Police Foundation!
It was a joy connecting with the kids and their families, helping to ease first-day jitters and making sure everyone started the year on a positive note.
