At about 12:30 PM on Monday, July 22, 2024, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) made an onsite warrant arrest of Oscar Colon, 43, of Boston, in the area of 43 Smith Street. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on outstanding warrants sought out of Roxbury District Court for Two Counts of Larceny over $1,200, Malicious Destruction of Property over $1,200, Breaking and Entering Nighttime, and Larceny from a Building.
The suspect had been recently highlighted on a BPD Most Wanted List and is expected to appear in Roxbury District Court for arraignment.
