The Boston Police Department hosted our first Summer Flashlight Walk of the season in South Boston!
Officers went for a stroll through the Mary Ellen McCormack Housing Development, getting to better know the residents.
Our young participants received a BPD flashlight, a hat, and some delicious treats courtesy of the BPD Ice Cream Truck to help beat the heat. (Thanks to HP Hood!)
It was a great night getting to know the families who live in the neighborhood!
The next Summer Flashlight Walk will take place Thursday, July 11th at 7 pm at the Archdale Community Center in Roslindale. We hope to see you there!
