At about 9:19 AM, on Monday, June 10, 2024, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested Tahj Woody, 18, of Dorchester, on a breaking and entering charge.
Officers responded to the area of 31 Radcliffe Street for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. Officers were advised that the suspect attempted to enter the victim’s apartment through a bathroom window.
Officers obtained a description of the suspect and began to canvass the area. Officers observed the suspect in the area of Harvard Street and Blue Hill Avenue. Officers approached the suspect and placed him into handcuffs without incident.
Woody was placed under arrest and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony. He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
