Commissioner Cox, members of the Command Staff and many of our officers and civilian employees welcomed athletes to the Harvard Athletic Complex this weekend for “Special Olympics Massachusetts Summer Games 2024.”
It was an incredible opportunity for all members of BPD to again be involved in this sporting event. The annual High-Five Tunnel as the athletes enter for the Opening Ceremonies is an emotional, high-energy experience.
Congratulations to all these phenomenal athletes who competed, and thank you to the organizers and volunteers who give so much of themselves to making this happen!
