Detectives from District 14 (Brighton) are looking for the community’s assistance in locating Ricardo Bastos who is wanted on a warrant out of Brighton District Court for a Burglary that occurred on May 14, 2024. Bastos is 36 years old and is described as being a Hispanic male, 5’7”, 170 lbs., brown eyes, black hair. Bastos is known to drive a red Honda and frequents the Brighton Ave. area of Allston and Framingham area.
The facts and circumstances surrounding this incident are as follows: At about 12:12 AM on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, Officers from District 14 (Brighton) responded to a B&E on Murdock Street. The suspect was seen entering the enclosed house porch around 12:12 AM holding a Dunkin Donuts bag, and then returns around 1:04 AM holding a McDonald’s bag. The suspect stole eight Allston/Brighton Youth hockey jerseys.
