At about 11:53 AM, on Thursday, April 4, 2024, members of the Drug Control Units of District B-2 (Roxbury) and C-11 (Dorchester), arrested Reginald Greene, 24, of Dorchester on firearm and drug charges.
Officers were conducting an ongoing drug investigation and execution of a search warrant in the area of 20 Hamilton Street. As a result of the search warrant, officers recovered a Glock 17 firearm with thirteen rounds in the magazine. The firearm was also equipped with a Glock Switch, which makes the firearm fully automatic. Officers also recovered a spare magazine, loaded with five rounds of ammunition and a firearm holster.
Greene was placed under arrest and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a machine gun, and possession with intent to distribute class B. He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
