As we ready to ring in the New Year in a few hours we remind everyone that whether you are welcoming 2024 at First Night Boston or in one of our neighborhoods, the Boston Police Department has worked closely with the Mayor’s Office and our public safety partners to ensure we have a comprehensive safety and security plan.
Some reminders:
Please do not consume alcohol or smoke Marijuana in public.
Please do not drive under the influence.
Please do not fly Drones at any of the First Night activities.
Please dress for the weather.
Please use Public Transportation
No matter where you are in Boston, if you need help or to report a large or loud party – or anything of concern – please call 911. Whether you are in your neighborhood or at First Night…if you see something, say something!
