CANCEL-BPD Missing Person Alert: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 69-year-old John Mogan of Bellingham.
John was last seen at about 4:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in the area of East Concord Street. He is a white male, approximately 6’0″, about 210lbs, last seen wearing a white scally cap, dark gray sweatshirt with red lettering, and black jeans. He suffers from mental health issues.
