BPD In The Community: Officers assigned to District D-4 (South End/Back Bay) held a coat drive for the St. Stephen’s Youth Program located in the South End to provide warm winter coats for children who attend the program. The coats were generously donated by the officers themselves along with donations from PAL and Target. Whole Foods and Ink Block also generously donated gift cards to the families. The coat drive generated 48 coats for children in need. The Boston Police Department and the officers from District D-4 would like to send their sincerest thanks to the members of PAL, Target and Whole Foods for their always dependable generosity to the youth that we serve in the communities.
