At about 2:50 PM on Thursday, December 7, 2023, officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Unit of District B-2 (Roxbury) made an onsite warrant arrest of Sherree Swindell, 34, of Roxbury, in the area of 10 Dewey Street. At the time of her arrest, the suspect was wanted on outstanding warrants sought out of Boston Municipal Court for malicious destruction of property, possession of burglarious instruments, carrying a dangerous weapon, and threats to commit a crime. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant out of Roxbury District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
The suspect had been recently highlighted on a BPD Most Wanted List and is expected to appear in Roxbury District Court for arraignment.
