BPD in the Community: Officers assigned to the Bureau of Community Engagement have been busy this Halloween with many Tricks, Treats, and of course candy. From Trunk or Treat to spooky soccer officers from the BCE help keep the times fun and safe. As always we encourage safety tips and of course it’s all treats no tricks!
