CANCEL–BPD Missing Person Alert: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 76-year-old Richard Gelzer of Roxbury.
Richard was last seen at about 5:30 PM, on Friday, September 15, 2023, in the area of 25 Ruggles Street. He is described as a black male, about 5’8, approximately 150 lbs, wearing a yellow jersey with dark pants. He is known to frequent the Nubian Square/Tropical Foods and the Mass Ave area. He suffers from mental health issues.
