CANCEL MISSING PERSON: Joel Depina was last seen on Friday, July 21, 2023, at approximately 1:00 PM at 5 Bentham Street in Dorchester. Joel is a 12-year-old black male, approximately 5’6”, medium build and was wearing an orange hooded shirt and gray sweatpants.
He went to Ronan Park to ride his bicycle, which is describe as black with green pedals. Joel was supposed to return home by 7:00 PM. He is known to frequent Ronan Park and the Carson Beach area.
