At about 2:15 AM, on Monday, June 19, 2023, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested Dayvon Rodriguez, 18, of Hyde Park, and a 17-year-old male for Breaking and Entering.
Officers responded to the area of 18 Talbot Avenue for a Breaking and Entering in progress. Officers immediately observed the lock to the tow lot was cut, and saw fresh foot prints in the mud.
Officers were provided a description of the suspects and observed them walking away from the area. Officers were advised that a moped was stolen from the tow lot, and located the moped in the rear of 824 Blue Hill Avenue.
Rodriguez and the 17-year-old male were placed under arrest and charged with; Breaking and Entering. Both are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
