Investigation Update: At about 2:30 PM on Wednesday August 17, 2022, BPD officers located and arrested Eric Davis, 67, of Dorchester in connection to an attempted rape of a female victim that occurred at about 2:25 PM on Tuesday August 16, 2022, in the area of 800 Hyde Park Avenue in Hyde Park.
The suspect will appear in West Roxbury District Court on charges of Assault with Intent to Rape, Indecent Assault and Batter and Assault and Battery (Victim Over 65 Years of Age).
