BPD in the Community: Congratulations to the most recent graduates of the Girls Reflecting Our World (GROW) mentorship program. The program was founded by one of our officers in 2018 and works to provide a space where inner city girls facing unique challenges pertaining to their identities can gain access to skills, resources, empowerment and new experiences that will uplift them while promoting their own personal growth mindset.
Our officers have been honored to take part in this program over the last four years and look forward to participating for years to come as we continue to foster the meaningful relationships made as a result of this home-grown initiative.
