UPDATE: Death Investigation at 124 Eustis Street – Victim Identified

At about 10:59pm, on Saturday, June 25, 2011, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for shots fired in the area of Dearborn and Eustis Streets in Roxbury.
On arrival, officers learned of a victim who had transported himself from the scene to the Boston Medical Center. Officers immediately responded to the hospital where they were able to confirm that the victim had suffered and was being treated for gunshot wounds. The victim, a 21 year-old black male, was later pronounced deceased. The victim has since been identified as Dana Jackson, 20, of Boston.
