Limo Ride to BPD Holding Cell

Last night, Tuesday, 3/9/2011 around 10:28PM, officers from District A-1 (Downtown Boston) responded to a radio call for a fight at the intersection of Causeway and Friend Streets.

On arrival, officers spoke to the victim, a limo driver. The driver reported to officers that an intoxicated man walked out of the Harp and jumped into his limousine accompanied by a woman. The victim then told officers that when he attempted to get the suspect out of his car, the suspect became verbally abusive and defiant.

Officers then spoke to the suspect and upon ascertaining his identity, officers discovered that the suspect, Thomas G. O’Connor, 39 of Boston had two outstanding warrants: one for Operating Under the Influence and the other for Disorderly Conduct. The suspect consequently was arrested and driven to the district station, not in a limousine but in the back of a cruiser.
