B&E Suspect Arrested at Construction Site

Last night around 12:02AM, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to 233 Blue Hill Ave. for a breaking and entering in progress.

On arrival, officers spoke to an on-site security guard who reported that he had just observed a black male wearing a black hat and black t-shirt enter the construction site. Officers searched the construction site and encountered a male matching the suspect description.  The suspect, once found and detained told officers that someone else might be inside and consequently officers continued their search. During the continued search, officers did not find anyone but did discover “job boxes” that had been broken into with tools scattered across the floor.

Outside in the area where the suspect had been found, officers found a tool bag with a numerous power tools and brass fittings. The suspect, George L. Bostick, 60, of Roxbury was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime and Larceny Over $250.00.
