At approximately 7pm, March 3, 2010, Robinson was located in the 700 block of Washington Street in Dorchester with the two year old. Boston Police learned the whereabouts of Troy Robinson from phone calls after residents viewed the alert on television. Robinson will be charged with kidnapping and the two year old was transported to a local hospital for an evaluation.
