This morning at 5:35am officers conducted a search warrant at 89 Faneuil Street (D-14: Allston/Brighton). Officers arrested 24 year old Miguel Vargas of Brighton. Vargas is expected to be arraigned at Brighton Dist Court around 2pm on counts of 2 armed robbery charges (Quality Mkt on 12/9 and 12/28), and various firearm possession violations as well as accessory before fact on the 1/8 Tedeschi robbery.
