Her door was partially opened and one of the individuals reached in and punched her in the side of the head. She was then dragged out of the vehicle and left on the ground. Both suspects then entered her car and fled towards Dudley Street. Boston EMS was called and the victim was treated on scene.
A description of the vehicle was given and officers set up a perimeter of the immediate area. Noticing the police presence, the suspects accelerated their speed and struck a parked vehicle on West Walnut Street. Both occupants immediately exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The officer additionally noticed blood on and around the broken window. Officers immediately knocked on the door and spoke with the occupants of the home. They were informed that nobody should be in the basement and the window was not broken last time they checked. The homeowners gave the officers permission to enter their home and search for the potential suspect.
