On December 31, 2009 around 4:52PM, officers from District E-18 (Hyde Park) responded to 1276 Hyde Park Avenue for an armed robbery.

On arrival, officers spoke to the victim of the armed robbery who reported that the store was just robbed at gunpoint by three black males. The victim further explained that the three suspects had come in the store earlier, questioned the clerk about what time the store closed and left shortly thereafter. The victim reported that the suspect returned later in the day around 4:35PM, and started looking around the store. One of the suspects then asked the clerk about a clothing item in the store and when the victim went to get the article of clothing, one of the suspects pointed a gun at the victim and instructed the victim to open the cash register. The victim opened the cash register and was then instructed to lie on the ground. The suspects took an undetermined amount of money from the cash register and fled the store before the victim could dial 911.

District E-18 detectives responded to the scene and retrieved a video containing footage of the suspects involved in the armed robbery. We are urging anyone who recognizes any of the three suspects in the above pictures to please contact District E-18 detectives at (617) 343-5607 or the Boston Regional Intelligence Center at (617) 343-4328.
