BOSTON POLICE RUNNER’S CLUB REMEMBERS THOSE WHO’VE MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON
WHAT: Tomorrow, Sunday, December 6, 2009, the Boston Police Runner’s Club, with help from New Balance, will be spreading holiday cheer to 130 young people (ages 1 to 18) at the Annual Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) Christmas Party. The 130 young people invited to this year’s party are all survivors of fallen law enforcement officers in New England. The party was created to honor, remember and appreciate not only the survivors, but also their loved ones who made the ultimate sacrifice.

NOTE: Funds used to purchase the majority of this year’s gifts were raised during last year’s Boston’s Run to Remember. Boston’s Run to Remember is a non-profit fundraiser created by the Boston Police Department and the Boston Police Runner’s Club as a means to remember and honor our fallen heroes.
