VICTIM IDENTIFIEDAt about 8:00pm, on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, officers from Area D-4 (South End) responded to a radio call for a body found inside 1740 Washington Street. On arrival, officers spoke to the person who placed the call. According to the caller, she was conducting a room check when she discovered the victim lying in his room on his back motionless. Upon entering the room, officers located and observed a 37 year-old male, suffering from what appeared to be multiple stab wounds. The victim was pronounced on the scene. The victim has since been identified as Kevin Brown, 37, of Boston.
